Automated Order Processing & Fulfillment Procedure
Seller’s catalog posted to customer’s procurement platform (Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, etc.) in hosted or punchout content form – Customer places a purchase order
If the customer is paying via credit card, the credit card information is passed securely encrypted on the purchase order to the Seller
ePS Fulfill automatically receives and translates the purchase order
ePS Fulfill automatically generates and sends a purchase order to the distributor(s)
The distributor(s) accepts the purchase order
The distributor fulfills and ships the order, and both the ship notice and invoice are automatically sent to the Seller’s ePS Fulfill dashboard
ePS Fulfill automatically forwards the shipment tracking information to the customer – An invoice is generated and submitted to the customer in the desired format
If the customer is paying via credit card, their card is charged, and Level III Line Item Detail is returned to the customer
